I tried it again with: Using automake (GNU automake) 1.14.1 Using autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.69 but it still fails at the same place. Do you know a version of automake for which it works? /Christian PS. I don't mean we should leave it as it is, I think it's a bug that we can't build with the automake version coming with Ubuntu 16.05. But I thought for now we could create a separate CI job where it works using some previous version of automake.
