FYI, I've set up this CI job

that once a week checks the git log for commits where the author's
e-mail does not say it's from @lyx.org.
Rationale: Help us catch commits for which we wouldn't automatically be
notified via the the lyx-cvs-list.
The job's configured to e-mail lyx-devel in case it fails.
Caveat: I've not tested that the CI job triggers and notifies
properly. For that we need someone to do a commit with an incorrectly
configured author e-mail for that.
The CI job only checks the branch 'master'. I did a quick test for doing
multiple branches, which is why the list was spammed by warnings about
failed jobs. I've now set it back to just branch 'master'.
