Currently, both elyxer and the internal HTML export have problems at various
places. Therefore, it is good to have a choice.

I propose to use labels similar to what we have for PDF with current
LyXHTML either becoming just HTML or HTML (LyX):

  HTML, HTML (elyxer), [HTML (tth), ...]

Rather than that, the export configuration should be changed to use lyx2lyx
to export to the file format understood by elyxer.
