I would like to email translators on Sunday. Please try to get documentation touchups that should be translated done as soon as you can.
I propose to leave the translators two weeks or so, and then release rc2 after that. I'm not sure our packagers will be able to produce binaries then, but I think it's good to plan for that anyway, and then we will produce binaries whenever we can. Please let me know if you have any objection to the above plan. Scott
