In creating a new layout module, we often include existing layout and modify/delete some entries.
To delete a Counter or Style there are the entries NoCounter and NoStyle
respectively.
But how to get rid of an inset?
The background to this question is
aastex.layout defines
InsetLayout "Flex:altaffilmark"
LyxType custom
LatexType command
LatexName altaffilmark
....
End
This command (altaffilmark) is obsolete in aastex62, moreover its use creates
error.
