I think that the userinterface should work with Lengths AND percent of
page (as it is now). How we handle the stuff internally doesn't really
matter. For now I added the widthp() functions and also made width_ a
string and not a LyXLength because otherwise you cannot check on the
emptyness.

You may change this later if you envise a cleaner way to go, but for
now IMO this is the best way to continue.
