Ah good point. I hadn't thought about that, but I agree that would be
more intuitive. OK, well it sounds like there is some support for
"Current and children" scope. I'm not sure if most would prefer default
or not, but that could be discussed later. In any case, I still have no
idea when I would do the work for this.
