Every nested math inset currently leaks. This is more or less intentional,
at least it is known, and in theory it is easy to fix. Unfortunately lyx
will crash pretty soon afterwards ;-}
I am _really_ busy for another 10 days or so, but after that I'll continue
with the mathed clean up.
