Thanks to Jürgen for adding this feature! (see
https://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/10260)

I tested it and it works well. I have some thoughts, which are not meant
specifically for Jürgen since they are more thoughts about extra functionality,
not necessarily bugs.

1. If I split a program listing, a blank line is created at the beginning of
the second inset. I did not expect this extra line.

2. Should arguments be duplicated? Currently they are kept in the first inset,
and the second inset does not receive them.

3. What should happen if we highlight text in an inset and do inset-split? I do
not find the current behavior (which ignores the selection and just relies on
cursor position) intuitive, but I'm not sure what I would expect. I guess I
would expect for there to be a total of three insets, one containing the text
before the selection, one containing the selection, and one after the
selection. But I don't have a use case for it.
