PS I'd like to get a bit of testing of JMarc's new stuff before we go
to 2.4.beta1. This is probably such a bug...
PPS I'm seeing this bug quite often when there is a footnote at the
end of a paragraph.
This seems to happen whenever (i) a line is broken before an inset and
(ii) the line is not stretched to full width.
