Just to report that now the autotools build fail to compile:

make[3]: Entering directory '/home/jamatos/tmp/build/lyx/lib/doc'
make[3]: *** No rule to make target 'biblio/alphadin.bst', needed by
'all-am'.  Stop.

Removing that reference from the corresponding Makefile.in solves the
issue, but I do not understand where the comes from Makefile.am.

For me the autotools always looked like black magic. :-)
