Right, that was my original expectation. I thought that we could keep use commandline parameters "max_print_line" for TL and "max-print-line" for MiKTeX, but now that simple setEnv works for TL and commandline handling looks somethat hard I tend to disregard MiKTeX as we encourage TL for windows anyway...
