define math macros.
But this is probably not what you have in mind.
Similarly, we could interpret InsetLayout Branch:foo as a builtin "foo"
branch.

PS: The folding of chapters/sections/... would also be a welcome feature. :-)
The on-screen part is probably not so difficult, but I fear that the
cursor movement part will be really tough. It is also one reason why we
do not hide tracked deleted text.
