Dear listmembers,
maybe you have already recceived this note - AFAIK not, but anyway:
When applying patch-1.1.6fix2 onto a 1.1.6fix1-patched root tree, the following
messages occur (not important, but pointing on something going wrong):

The next patch would create the file lyx-1.1.6fix1/boost/boost/CVS/Entries,
which already exists! Assume -R?

This happens for
XXX/boost/CVS/Entries
XXX/boost/CVS/Repository
XXX/boost/CVS/Root
XXX/boost/CVS/Tag

and for
XXX/boost/libs/CVS/Entries
XXX/boost/libs/CVS/Repository
XXX/boost/libs/CVS/Root
XXX/boost/libs/CVS/Tag

does anybody know - besides ignoring it - how to fix it? I don't think it is
functionally of a meaning; I just thought you ought to know!

Besides: how can I make lyx use a Helvetica font globally in a document?
Everytime I change to Helvetica lyx drops it in the next paragraph and returns
to Roman. Mark you document with the mouse, change the font - but be assured,
it will be Roman again in the next paragraph. Don't tell me about
\renewcommand{\rmdefault}{\sfdefault}. This puts me back to where I am most of
the time. ;-)

Thanks a lot, go on with the great job you are doing,
take care

if you really want to see the pictures above - use some font
