functionality changes from view to export?
I almost never use the toolbar, so I am the wrong person to answer that
question. But my sense is that toolbars are meant to be more visual than
that: You just see what's available.
There actually isn't much on that toolbar now: just seven buttons.
Unlike the Standard toolbar, which is quite crowded.
