Dear Bini,
Thanks for the clear report. As you probably know, in your example
subsubsections are not numbered (you can get them numbered in
Document>Settings...>Numbering&TOC).
Indeed, in this case, the reference to a subsubsection should give the
label of the containing subsection. This is not the case in the
Cross-references dialog.
Does this ring a bell for someone?
