Bummer. I do not know enough to have opinion, but chatpgt seems to disagree here, might be hallucinating though :) If true the obvious attempt to solve this would be to build our formula and ask for inclusion in the core. We might be popular enough. In any case it seems that Stephan would like to build signed & notarized .dmg and pay for it. In such case we can continue as we did in the past, because homebrew will accept our .dmg once signed.
