Thanks to Jürgen's recent fixes, I now get:

  export/doc/ru/Math_dvi3_texF (Failed) manuals:export
  INVERTED.VARIOREF_export/doc/ru/Math_dvi3_systemF (Failed)
manuals:export:inverted:varioref
  INVERTED.VARIOREF_export/doc/ru/Math_pdf4_systemF (Failed)
manuals:export:inverted:varioref
  export/doc/ru/Math_pdf5_texF (Failed) manuals:export
  INVERTED.VARIOREF_export/doc/ru/Math_pdf5_systemF (Failed)
manuals:export:inverted:varioref

From what I understand, this is a good step forward since it is more
useful to have the systemF exports working than the texF. Further, I
don't even know if the texF had correct output.

Nonetheless, I wanted to check here: Is it expected that the LuaTeX texF
exports now fail? If so, we can invert those texF tests.
