When adding the Soul module to a document, the "Custom text styles" toolbar
icon becomes active and contains the following 11 items:

Highlight
Spaceletters
Strikethrough
Underline

Can anyone reproduce this?
The bug here is that some of these are listed in the module as
"obsoleted by". They should not be listed in the drop down. So we're
missing a check for that.
