All the formatting (on the front page at least, haven't fixed LDN or
/news.inc) is done with CSS instead of <font> <body bgcolor= etc. To
see what it SHOULD look like in non-css rendering browsers view

I'd appreciate any reports of "this is broken!" etc.
Possible issues
1) wrong font colours (stuff is black)
2) Padding is excessive. (I like lots of space :))
