View->TOC buglet

The "Close" button in the TOC panel changes to "Cancel" after you use the
window to jump around. Why? Shouldn't it just stay "Close". This is with
the lyx-1.1.6fix3 CVS branch. Haven't tried 1.2.0 CVS ...
