Two questions

Can someone explain to me why:
* InsetButton is not split into two classes, 
        InsetEditButton and InsetNoEditButton.
* If InsetCollapsable contains an InsetText, why does it not also contain an 
InsetButton. Surely there's code-duplication going on here?
