I hopefully fixed this by setting the language to ignore_language when
setting it to inherit! It seems the cleanest solution for this. I would
ALWAYS set it to ignore_language also for "sane" and only have a language
defined there if I REALLY need a language other then the document wide one!

What I would need now is the freespacing stuff, generalized. Would it be
an option to have it set for the LyXText? So we just would have to set the
appropriate flag there and we have freespacing for the whole inset!

Also I disabled all Layout-Setting in the ert inset. We should have some
mode to disable certain or all layouts for a special inset and show this
also in the dropdown-box (disable this items).
