Well, I played a little further. The attached patch seems to work well
enough. Perhaps you'd try and break it for me.
Note that the .fd file needs re-arranging.
To create the form_graphics.[Ch] files run "make updatesrc" in the forms
sub-directory.
The logic in the FormGraphics.C file is a little convoluted because the
InsetGraphicsParams struct isn't very flexible. This logic should be pretty
clear though: basically, if you choose "scale" then disregard the "width" and
"height" stuff and vice versa.
FormGraphics.h needs cleaning up to remove all the radio button controller
stuff that's no longer used.
