here's the patch with some new files.
a lot of changes ... so expect bugs
it's against cvs from this afternoon and also tested.
there are some restriction with wide newfloats! it's
not possible to choose the H-options for the wide ones,
because the package float doesn't support this!
run a configure to get a new package.lst in the lyx
sastem dir /usr/local/share/lyx or another one. this file
must have the float package listed, otherwise you can't
use all the features.
