I'm using Lyx-1.1.6fix3 and it appears that nested (i.e. imported or
included) literate programming lyx files (i.e. by using the Noweb
document style) are not weaved before they are latexed (only the top
file is weaved). As the literate programming style is supported also for
the book and report classes, which are usually split up into separate
files as the document grows bigger, it would be normal when the literate
programming style would support this.
