I have created a new LyX layout which supports the "kluwer" LaTeX style, for submissions to many international journals, such as "Astrophysics and Space Science", "Solar Physics" etc. I have tested this new layout thoroughly, and it works quite well. Recently, I have submitted an article to "Astrophysics and Space Science", written in LyX using my new layout without any problem. I think that this layout could be be useful for other LyX users too, since there are many journals which need the "kluwer" LaTeX style (see a list of them at http://www.wkap.nl/jrnllist.htm/JRNLHOME). If you like to include my new layout to the next version of LyX, all necessary files are included in the attached file kluwer_in_LyX.tgz:
(1) kluwer.layout: The layout file. (2) kluwer.lyx: The template file. (3) kluwer_documentation: Full documentation for the layout, to be included to chapter 2 of LyX documentation named "Extended Features". (4) kluwer_entry_in_LaTeXConfig.lyx.in: A short entry for the LaTeXConfig.lyx.in file. I will be happy to see the layout included in the next version of LyX. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
