Why? Your working in percent! if you want to work in Lenghts you can also input 0.1mm if you like that more. I think we should not overdue stuff. 1-100% of whatever in integer (0% is just stupid and should be ignored!) and any lenght you want insert to "finetune" whatever you have to.
