I imagine the slowdown at present is simply a function of the lack of bandwidth from 4:30 to 6:00 ish NZDT. Thankfully most of the bugzilla stuff is stored in the MySQL tables so if the connection here is insufficient we can simply dump the database, and reload it on a faster server elsewhere.
