I don't see this. I do see that when you add the footnotes, the bottom of the
scroll bar is not the bottom of the document (by about 1 1/2 normal row
heights). Really annoying, but that code is icky (such that the last time our
all-powerful overlord Lars tried to clean it up, it broke ;)
