I'm not so sure. It could be 'the natural percent value in this
context' like to scale an image in percent of its current size. I am
not sure actually.

Anyway, ``"%" is bullshit'' does not make us wiser. Do you propose
that we rename it to "t%"? But of course we'll have then to make sure
old docs are still read (if there is any need to do that).
