I have installed skak and its fonts. xboard and gnuchess -- from mdk-8.1 but there's no gnuchess.lang file, whatever the hell that is, and so xboard can't do anything useful 'cos gnuchessx is effectively broken!
I could chase around but I've had enough screwing around for one day so can someone who has a working chess installation (Kayvan) please send me a gnuchess.lang file and tell me where you found it? Thanks, Allan. (ARRae)
