So you click on the pixmap, and then move the mouse to some place, but
as your mouse goes to the coveted control, there is a risk that the
tooltips fires for another one and disables tooltips too early, no?
(Not sure my explanation is understandable)

Or can you do like the ? button in windows that changes the cursor
until you click at the right place? At least this is probably
something people wil understand easily. But it may be too complicated...
