Hmmm Jean-Marc, could I sway you by telling that in my local tree,
I have this inset syntax already working? It's fake, of course; the
optional parameter is still entered in a gray box in FormParagraph;
but it has the \begin_inset ... \end_inset syntax in the .lyx file.

...so, if anyone feels so inclined, they can make a real inset 
anytime they like, without the file format noticing anything :-)

All it requires is committing to the name 'LatexOption' for a 
(virtual for now) inset doing this job.
