Click on the TOC inset to lauch the TOC dialog
HUNDREDS of "caption not found" comments to console.
As a result perhaps, there is only a TOC where before there was also Table of
Figures and Table of Tables.
One final, LaTeX, point:
navigate to the very end of the document. One of the bibliography entries
Michel Goossens, Frank Mittelbach and Alexander Samarin:
The LaTeX Companion
has an ERT inset between "The" and "LaTeX Companion". It appears to be empty!
