mmm... lots of new files all of them have a ~400 byte license blurb...
I hope that there will begin to be boost packages for all linuxen and
other systems as well soonish... then we could remove boost altogether
from the lyx tree.
I have the autoconf magic to search for boost... perhaps we should
begin to use that even now.
Our part of the boost tree is 4.6M, the full boost tree is 47M.
Basically we only have what is needed.
