Have I said this about hundred times now?: We need an InsetEditor

| preamble in validate(), it gets added a the begin of a doc when read from
| the .lyx.

I am not alian to this idea.
But I do not think that this inset should be allowed anywhere... IMHO
only at the _very_ beginning of the document. And only one of them.
