I mean that an inset could have a breakBeforeMe and a breakAfterMe
property, and the algorithm would say 'if inset before point has
breakAfterMe or inset after point has breakBeforeMe, then break the
row here'.

display == breakBeforeMe + breakAfterMe
newline == breakAfterMe
