Thanks Kornel, I noticed the problem today morning when converting a presentation that I had prepared yesterday night with 1.3. I think that the solution is to pass upper break lines and lines to the previous paragraph. Oh no, I got a counter example where this does not works. Ok, I got it. I will introduce a standar paragraph whose only components are the page break and/or line. I hope to do it tomorrow if not today.
