There are no soonish plans for them? What is the use of the EXTRA_DIST variable in insets/Makefile.am (= insetlist.[Ch] insettheorem.[Ch])? (we could as well rename insetlist.[Ch] -> insetlisting.[Ch] or something) Alfredo
