Done. It was very easy actually.
* Search for "ManualInstantPreview" and you get a list of the pages.
Since there was really only one interesting page that referred to it, the
changes were easy. (In hindsight, I think I should have put your info on
this page instead of creating a new. My idea was probably that the names
of manual pages should start with "Manual").
Btw, if there had been many referal pages, a simple solution would have
been to add "[[redirect:LyX.InstantPreview]]" to the top of that page.
If you are sure that {{ManualInstantPreview}} is no longer needed, just
delete its contents and write as the only text "delete" to make the page
disappear.
