If so wouldn't it make more sense to change some existing project instead of reinventing the wheel again? (Hell, I'm guilty of it - http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/oprofile/oprofile/libutil%2B%2B/child_reader.cpp but even so...) john
