Right (it actually ignores all whitespace after the % sign).

It used a parameter in older versions.

Looks fine (without trying it). If this is going to be changed, please
change the name to something else than lyxline. Otherwise we'll get
tex2lyx troubles.
Since we are in freeze, Could you add this to bugzilla?
