Note that I had to compile it with Qt/Mac 3.3.4 (rather than the  
latest 3.3.5) because of problems using gcc-2.95 on Mac OS X 10.4. I  
don't remember any obvious bugs being fixed between the two versions,  
so I don't think it matters much.

Please let me know when you've made it available so that I can update  
the wiki.
