http://bugzilla.lyx.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2415. Does it work if you
deinstall dvipng and reconfigure LyX?

Someone suggested this should go up on the Wiki. Is the problem
restricted to MiKTeX's version of dvipng, all Windows versions, or
dvipng on all platforms?
