Most steps are already covered by Angus' build scripts. Moreover, the
recipe didn't change that often in the past. The most recent change was
the move to libiconv-1.10 and gettext-0.14.5. Unfortunately, this also
had some negative implications on the compilation of Aspell 0.60.4 :-(
