You need the Platform SDK: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=EBA0128F-A770-45F1-86F3-7AB010B398A3&displaylang=en > so I turned to my old vc 2003. I'm not sure if 2003 could handle all the template stuff, there are some improvements with 2005. But most template code makes no problems with 2003. Peter
