Latest patch attached, with INSTALL.scons changes. Two problems:
1. I do not have a windows machine to test the MAX_PATH, PATH_MAX thing. 2. If the removal of BOOST_NO_WREGEX causes problem on some other platforms, we should add it back. Cheers, Bo
