In the description of a function in Emacs-lisp, you can write e.g.

        See `char-backward' for how to move backards

and have "char-backward" become a link to that function. I think it'd be
nice to be able to refer to other lfuns similarly. There might be other
markup that work with describe-function, but I can't think of any right
now.

Anyway, I asked about what to do about different languages... how do we 
handle that? Or should lfun descriptions only exist in English?
