In my PDF that I created according to your hints in the wonderful manual it works. I click on the table in the LOT and I am there...I discovered that the PDF of March 18, 2007 items from list of tables link nearly all to the titlepage instead fo the corresponding page of the table. Sorry, I got no time to send a corrected version.This cannot be fixed, see the last note in section 2.6.2.
